30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it

Be unworn or unused

Have all tags attached

Be in its original packaging

Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at beth@coversyourasset.com so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at beth@coversyourasset.com.
Defective Products
We guarantee our products for 120 days from the date of purchase. If your item is outside this period, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
For defective items, send a photo of the damage along with a brief description to beth@coversyourasset.com. We will advise on the next steps. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive the returned item.

Masks and hats are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
